  2. Hell NO to the stalker guy!!! Like when I see all these people swooning over Travis Maddox from Beautiful Disaster. He sounds like a total psycho-stalker, how is that hot?

    1. I couldn't read more than a few pages of that terrible book. I don't get how ANYONE finds that appealing.

  5. I've not read Crown of Embers yet and I really need to so I can see what happened to Hector?! I am so against stalker love interests as you know...amazing and sad that there are so many. I love the editor one because, yes, I think we've all thought that. I'm reading Inhuman right now and I'm dreading the triangle. Sigh.

  6. Stalkers are not cool, m'kay? Not sure why so many authors haven't got the message yet. Here's my TTT

  7. What?! But I love me some stalkers! They're just oh so romantic!
    ...Kidding.
But seriously, great list. Can't agree more.

  8. Oooh, yeah, I agree on books that are too long, too. I mean, I like a long book, if it needs to be long. But short is great, too.

  9. Heck no to the stalker! I've had one in real life and it's not pretty or flattering in any way. It's creepy, weird and scary! I also agree that Beautiful Creatures was so damn long and not going anywhere..It was so dragging.

  10. Oh, yeah - the sexy stalker guy is on my list too. Awful -- and such a terrible message to send to girls. Great list, and I love your headers!

  11. Sexy stalkers are the worst. I hate that it's a thing. Ten Tiny Breaths is a perfect example, I thought the whole thing was so creepy and I just don't get it. I don't get why some people find it romantic or sexy.

  12. I didn't enjoy Stung either, though I have to say I loved Beautiful Creatures despite the length. But that's beside the point. :) Awesome list!

  14. Oh no! I'm scared to read Just Like Fate now. I gave up on Beautiful Creatures pretty early on. The writing was awful and the male narrator sounded very feminine.

  16. I totally agree with the stalker thing. Sometimes I'm reading a book and I'm completely amazed at how creepy the whole situation is. It's the Edward Cullen syndrome. "I watch you while you sleep". Shudder.

    Great list.

  17. Haha, I love the way you did the layout on this! I agree - I hate stalkers and wanna-be rapists. How are those even things?? And I don't mind a long book, but a too-long book that could have been amazing if it was shorter? Yeah :(

  18. NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Cat Patrick co-wrote a book with a love triangle? You just broke my heart! :( I also hate awful love triangles. Thankfully I usually manage to avoid he-man stalker types, after my unfortunate encounters with Edward Cullen as a teenager! Great list.
